Igloos On The Patio
Tucked away within the Patio, Unscripted Durham is debuting a pop-up dining experience featuring private igloos for the ultimate winter wonderland adventure. With a picturesque setting and a socially distanced atmosphere, the igloos fuse with the energy and flair that The Patio is known for. Escape to our winter wonderland and enjoy views of Downtown Durham, weekly entertainment and signature bites and libations.
Reservations can be made for parties up to 10. All reservations are for a minimum of two hours and require a minimum food and drink spend. Accepting reservations through March 2021.

What if my party is between one - three people?
F&B Minimum for parties of one to three is $200 on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and $300 on Friday and Saturday.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees such as an igloo rental fee. We just require a food and drink minimum spend dependant on the number of guests in your party.
If I bring more people than what my reservation is made for does that matter?
We ask that you let us know the party size before you arrive since all igloos are created differently.
Is there a minimum Food & Beverage spend?
Yes. The food & beverage minimum spend is based on the party size.
If a guest who is currently utilizing the reservation wants to add an extra hour, how much will it cost?
An additional $125 per hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
If guests are unable to physically travel or if there is an emergency, we will cancel. We will still operate in rain or snow. There is a cancellation fee of $50 if the reservation is not canceled within 48 hours of the reservation.
Are children permitted in the igloos?
Families with children are allowed in the igloos until 8pm. After 8pm the igloos are 21+.
Do we take walk-ins?
Yes, based on availability.
Can we book a group or party in the igloos?
We offer pricing for up to ten people maximum with multiple options for groups.
How do we collect payment?
We will not split checks by person, but can split credit cards by payment. Payment will be collected at the end of the experience.
How are the igloos sanitized in between reservation?
In addition to adhering to the guidelines set forth by the CDC and Durham, we have implemented the following requirements and procedures to our already thorough sanitation practices. Igloos are cleaned after every use and we allow a 30 minute gap between parties to reset the space. We use an Electro-static Fog machine that completely sanitizes the Igloo within seconds. All high touch surfaces including countertops, payment devices, and pens will be sanitized after each transaction. A digital menu will be accessible to all guests to access on their own mobile device. Instruction signage on usage will be placed throughout the restaurant. We will wash the blankets after every use and will have a rotation of blankets for use for each guest. Pillows and couches will both be sprayed by the Electro-Static Fog machine along with the entirety of the igloo after every use.
Is mask usage required within the Igloo?
Mask usage will be required when going to or from the Igloo. Once seated and you are eating or drinking, you are not required to wear a mask.
What days will the Igloo not be available?
We will not have the Igloos available on Monday or Tuesday during the closure of operation for all F&B Outlets. It will be available on the Holidays at an additional cost. Cost will be determined based on the hour booked.
